Bob - Hugo & Pink to Gin Mill

Barbecue

Nothing in particular planned for this day except to start packing and getting ready for the Return Trip.

Bob suggested we take his car to Church and he would wash the Ford to make it more presentable. Back from Church - No regular dinner as plans had been made for a Family Barbecue to which Hugo and his Family had been invited. Bob and I had arranged for suitable liquid refreshments to carry us thru this difficult period so after inspecting the car we put on the top luggage rack using Glycerin on the cups and strapped it down. Just as we got this project underway Hugo and his gang came along so we had to celebrate his arrival with a number of Prosits and then we got the canvasses out and waited for the ladies to get the Suit Cases packed. This operation took too much time so the three of us went to the only Tavern that Bob knew off and had a couple of Budweisers. Back home again - everything ready so up it went on the rack. We had given up the idea of cooking on the road so up went the Picnic Freezers too. Finally after much stimulation the job was completed and strapped down.
